Buyer is responsible for all laws in their state regarding ownership of pythons, boas, or any constrictors. If your state requires a permit, a copy of your permit must be provided before a sale can be completed.

Full payment is required prior to shipping. We only accept USPS postal money orders made payable to Tom McCarthy.
All animals are honestly represented, healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed. Upon receiving your animals, please verify the sexes promptly.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will replace the animal(s), issue a full-value credit, or provide a full refund—including the cost of return freight—provided you notify us within 48 hours of arrival.
After 48 hours, no further liabilities are assumed.
We ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Next Day 10:30 AM delivery. Weather conditions in both our area and yours must be safe before shipping.
We will not ship any boa or python unless temperatures are above 38°F and below 90°F in both locations for the full transit period.
We only sell within the continental United States. Live arrival is guaranteed unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.
